Event Registration Privacy Policy.

1. Our Policy

1.1. AllAI Consulting, LLC (“we“, “us“, “our“), a California-registered LLC, is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

 

1.2. This Policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us in relation to your registration and the attendance at the AI is a Civil Right (the “Event“) to be held via Zoom on October 21st, 2021 from 7 p.m. to 8pm pst, and for sending you notifications in relation to the Event. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.

2. Information we may collect from you

2.1. We may collect and process the following data about you:

2.1.1. Information that you provide by filling in the registration form on our event website https://www.linkedin.com/company/allai-us (the “Event website“). This includes information provided at the time of registering to attend the Event and any additional information that we may request and you provide to us.

2.1.2. If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.

2.1.3. Details of your visits to our Event website including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, and the resources that you access.

3. Purpose of and legal basis for processing your personal data

3.1 The purpose of processing your personal data stated in the Event registration form is managing your registration and attendance at the Event, including sending you notifications about the Event.

3.2 If you consented, we may also process your name, surname, company name and email address for the purpose of informing you about our offers and news by way of sending you communications by email, text messages and/or by post. The legal basis for processing your personal data for this purpose is your consent.

3.3 We will only process your personal data to the extent necessary to enable us to comply with the above purpose. When processing your personal data, we do not make automated decision-making (without human intervention).

4. Disclosure of your information

4.1 We do not intend to disclose your personal data to third parties except in the case described in Article 4.2.

4.2 We may disclose your personal data to third parties if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation.

5. Period for which the personal data are stored

5.1 We comply with the principle that the period for which the personal data are stored is limited to a strict minimum and not kept longer than necessary for achieving the above purpose.

5.2 Your personal data will be stored according to the following time limits:

5.2.1 the personal data from the registration form and any additional information we may request will be stored for one month after the Event;

5.2.2 if you consent to processing of your personal data for marketing purposes, your contact data set out in Point 3.2 above will be stored until the earlier of (i) 5 years or (ii) the withdrawal of your consent for this processing purpose.

6. Protection of your personal data

6.1 We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your personal data are treated securely.

6.2 Nevertheless, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Event website. Any transmission is at your own risk.
